Code of Conduct: Ethics and Etiquette

As a participant in the Code of Conduct: Ethics and Etiquette for Ministers and Pastors course, I acknowledge and agree to abide by the following policies and standards set forth to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment.

1. Commitment & Participation

I commit to attending all sessions and actively engaging in discussions, assignments, and activities.
If I am unable to attend a session, I will notify the course administrator in advance.
I will complete all required readings and assignments to enhance my learning experience.

2. Ethical Conduct & Respect

I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the principles of integrity, humility, and respect.
I will maintain confidentiality regarding discussions shared within the course, particularly sensitive ministerial matters.
I will respect the views, experiences, and perspectives of fellow participants and instructors.

3. Course Materials & Textbook Usage

I understand that all course materials, including the textbook by Apostle Dominic Osei, are provided for my personal learning and development.
I will not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior permission.

4. Media & Privacy Consent

I acknowledge that portions of this course may be recorded for educational purposes.
I grant permission for my image, voice, or comments to be used in recordings, unless I explicitly opt out by notifying the course administrator in writing.

5. Academic & Ministerial Integrity

I commit to applying the principles learned in this course with honesty and integrity in my personal life and ministry.
I understand that any form of misconduct, including dishonesty or disruption, may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

6. No Refund Policy

I understand and agree that all payments for this course are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion status.
In the event that I am unable to complete the course, I acknowledge that no credits, transfers, or refunds will be issued.
